Luke
Co-Founder
Luke is a career technologist and builder and leader of product teams. He has expertise spanning geospatial, AdTech, cybersecurity and blockchain. Luke began his career as an environmentalist and that took him into the world of GIS where his career has tracked the evolution of that industry. When not working, is likely to be exploring the character landscape of the north downs or kayaking in the English channel.

Ben
Solutions Architect
Ben is a Solutions Architect with a background in research software engineering, geospatial systems, ecology and ornithology. He has worked across New Zealand, the US, Australia, the UK and Europe on environmental and digital projects. His experience ranges from building software platforms to field conservation with threatened species including penguins, hihi and kākāriki karaka. Outside work, he’s usually hiking, trail running or looking for the next mountain.
Nathan
Senior Geospatial Specialist
Nathan is a Senior GIS Specialist with a background in geology, GIS, drones and environmental consultancy. He has spent the last five years working closely with ecologists, helping make better decisions for nature. His experience spans BNG, NSIPs, protected species work and a broad range of ecological surveys and assessments. Outside work he is usually found enjoying creative hobbies, immersive technologies and wandering about the outdoors.

Strategic Advisor
Mark is Temple's CEO; a highly experienced and commercially minded ethical leader, project director and consultant. He has worked for a big variety of organisations on some of the UK’s highest profile and complex infrastructure, development and regeneration projects
Mark
Founder & Chair
Mark is the founder of Linckia and now operates as Chair. He is also Director of the holding company Temple Group Management and the founder and trustee of the Southwood Foundation (a registered charity)
Luke
Co-funder & Director
Luke has held several director level roles throughout his career, in various roles. He has been a NED and advisor, and brings experience of fast paced growth, and strategy to support the management and day to day operations of Linckia
