Luke is a career technologist, and builder and leader of product teams. He has expertise spanning geospatial, AdTech, cybersecurity and blockchain. Luke began his career as an environmentalist and when not working, is likely to be in the north downs or kayaking in the English channel.

Ben, Solutions Architect at Linckia

Ben 

Solutions Architect

Ben is a Solutions Architect with a background in full stack development, ecology, and ornithology. He has lived and worked across NZ, the US, Australia, the UK, and Europe on projects involving biodiversity, bird behaviour, and predator control. This has included hands-on work with endemic species such as penguins, hihi, and kākāriki karaka. Outside work, he’s usually up a mountain—or looking for one.

Ishna is a fresh graduate with Msc in GIS from Cranfield University with skills across Geospatial analysis and coding. Her Journey begins as a Graduate GIS Consultant for Temple Grp. Outside work, she enjoys dancing and exploring creative expression.

Romy recently graduated from the University of Exeter, with a Bsc in Geography with Applied GIS. With skills in geospatial analysis, Romy is devoted to environmental stewardship. When not working, Romy enjoys being creative through upcycling and vintage shopping.

Mark is Temple's CEO; a highly experienced and commercially minded ethical leader, project director and consultant. He has worked for a big variety of organisations on some of the UK’s highest profile and complex infrastructure, development and regeneration projects

Mark is the founder of Linckia and now operates as Chair. He is also Director of the holding company Temple Group Management and the founder and trustee of the Southwood Foundation (a registered charity)
