We have built an app on the ESRI platform, designed to guide you through your Biodiversity Net Gain journey. Our platform for BNG is a full geospatial replication of the Natural England metric. Built on the ESRI platform, it is a turnkey solution for ESRI customers; editing designed specifically for the challenges of data curation for Biodiversity Net Gain, customisable deployment, that leaves our customers in control of their data, with their named users.
Our partnerships with ESRI, UKHab and OS bring an authoritative, scalable and user friendly, geospatially driven workflow to provide the best solution.
PRE-MAPPING
Our pre-mapping dataset, Habitat Fabric, is a comprehensive dataset for the whole of England. It is underpinned by the OS NGD, alongside other premium datasets, and mapped using 25cm aerial imagery. With seamless integration editing within our apps, it is mapped to UKHab level 3 and 4 (with secondary codes), with roads, buildings and canopy extents included.

BASELINE
Our baseline environment holds robust editing capabilities, including sleek topology rules to ensure no gaps or slithers between habitats. With automatic conversion from UKHab to BNG, integrated condition pro-formas and instant BNG unit calculations, our solution saves time and effort spent on digitising and data standardisation.
Our geo-spatial and ecology expertise has been applied to a create net gain management platform. Our offerings remove ecology classification system challenges and covers the lifecycle of BNG, saving hundreds of hours in computation, data capture and analysis.
POST DEVELOPMENT
We enable 3 spatially driven post development scenarios, to model restoration plans. Our scenarios integrate temporal factors and multipliers, alongside instant calculation of biodiversity unit analytics, returned in accessible visuals. With trading rules and quality assurance embedded, our solution ensures credible outcomes.
MONITORING
Alongside our Sweet app, our ESRI Experience Builder interface enables data quality assurance and exploration outside of the editing environment. With monitoring dashboards integrated to track and manage the progression of multiple sites, you have access to real time data, forecasting predictions and detailed BU analytics.
